LHDN E-Invoice
Stay compliant with Malaysia's e-invoicing mandate. Billify automatically submits your invoices to LHDN MyInvois — no manual uploads, no extra steps.
What is LHDN E-Invoice?
Starting 2024, LHDN (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri) requires Malaysian businesses to submit electronic invoices through the MyInvois system. This applies to all businesses based on their annual revenue threshold.
Auto Submission
Invoices are automatically submitted to LHDN MyInvois when you send them. No manual uploads needed.
Real-time Status
Track the status of every e-invoice — accepted, rejected, or pending — directly from your invoice page.
QR Code & Validation
Accepted e-invoices automatically receive a QR code and LHDN validation URL for your records.
How It Works
Billify handles the entire e-invoicing process seamlessly.
Create & Send Invoice
Create your invoice as usual in Billify. Add customer details including their TIN (Tax Identification Number) and identity number.
Auto-Submit to LHDN
When you send the invoice, Billify automatically submits it to LHDN MyInvois in the background. No extra steps required.
Get Accepted
LHDN processes your submission. Once accepted, the invoice receives an official document ID and QR code. You'll be notified instantly.
