Billify is a cloud-based financial management platform designed for small businesses. The Service includes invoicing, estimates, expense tracking, payment processing, and related financial tools.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Billify offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. Billify does not claim ownership of your business data, invoices, customer information, or financial records.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

Billify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
